How does this unique BONUS Program work?
We appreciate repeat customers who obviously enjoy the service we provide. We value customer loyalty. If you rent a car from us for the second time, you’ll receive a discount of 5% of the amount you paid for your first rental. Rent from us again, and the discount increases to 10%. This saves you real money and helps with your vacation budget. Please note that the bonus program may be changed or cancelled any time without notice, but bonus points will be honored up to 12 months after they have been earned.
How does the customer referral program work exactly?
The best advertisement is a happy customer. Many of our customers bring friends with them or get others interested in spending a great vacation on Florida‘s sunny Gulf Coast. It makes perfect sense for you to recommend Florida Auto Rent to them. We appreciate the fact that you like our service and recommend us to others. We want to award such loyalty. You can either use the bonus points towards your next reservation or pass the discount on to your friends. Either way, we offer a discount of 5% of the amount of your first rental. Please let us know your friend‘s name prior to their reservation so that we can credit them the bonus points. It is not possible to do so after they have already reserved a car. Please note that the bonus program may be changed or cancelled any time without notice, but bonus points will be honored up to 12 months after they have been earned.
What car do I get exactly?
At most car rental companies, you book a vehicle in a certain category and don’t know what you’ll end up exactly. But at Florida Auto Rent, you can specifically pick your favorite out of a variety of models in our fleet. Reservations and confirmations are made for a specific car. In the event that the vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to provide a vehicle in the same or higher category.
Where do I pick up my rental car in Florida?
One of our representatives will pick you up in person at the Fort Myers Airport (if you’re flying into Miami/Tampa/Ft. Lauderdale, there is a service charge of $149.) You must provide us with your arrival time and flight number so that the reservation can be kept if the flight is delayed. Once you’ve arrived, we’ll drive to our office in Cape Coral where you will sign the rental agreement and take over the car you reserved.
And how do I return the rental car?
You return the car pretty much how you picked it up, only in reverse. We’ll take you back to the airport. The car must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the gas at the same level at which you started out.
How can I be sure I actually get the car I reserved?
Normally you do get the exact car you reserved. However, a particular vehicle may become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered a model in the same or higher category.
