This exclusive dream isle south of Naples lies near the Everglades on the west coast of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. All floors are fully tiled and air conditioned. From the leading furniture store in Naples furnished with quality features. The house presents 2 master suites (one large with a king-size bed and a smaller one with a queen) bed. Each suite is equipped with a private bath. Ideal for occupancy of 2 families. The big Master bath was renovated in 2009 complete with double vanity, large shower with frameless glass door and bidet, urinal and toilet. The additional third bedroom (2 beds) has (a third) bathroom which is also a pool bath (2009). The office offers an additional spacious sleeping space. The maximum captivity of this house is up to 6 people.
High-speed Internet access with free wireless access, including flat rate is available. Only a WLAN-enabled laptop must be brought in the house. Hurricane-safe windows and sliding doors outfitted with insulating glazing. Separate office with a photocopier and fax machine. Cordless telephones. Cable TV. A 50-inch plasma TV is placed in the living room with a HDMI port for computer connecting. Both Master suites equipped with Sony analog TVs. Fully equipped, open kitchen. Plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, Bosch dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine and dryer existing. Sufficient linen and towels.
The house is placed at the first channel behind the coast in a westerly position. Very nice view of palm-lined canals. Quickly heated pool (approximately 8 x 6 meters, a total of about 26 square meters) for private use. Large covered patio. Sun loungers and patio furniture. Outside shower on the lanai. Weber gas grill on the patio. Boat-deck behind the house. Double garage. Public beach to take a few minutes. For long time renting an access to the nearby owners beach is possible (beach fee is not included).

Marco Iceland lies just south of Naples and is accessible via two bridges.
Two public access to the wide sandy beaches only a short drive away.
For long-term tenants of the house for a small fee is granted permission to visit during the rental period the Residents Beach. This wide sandy beach is only reserved for locals. The beach is guarded, and not for normal tourists accessible.
