| Description |
The fully air-conditioned "Villa Butterfly" was finished in 1999 and built on a big canal plot with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The living space of about 220 sq meters offers enough space for up to 6 people.
The 120 sq meters pool and terrace area - covered with tiles - has a gas BBQ grill.
There are also 6 chaise lounges, a table and 8 chairs.
The combined solar /electrical heated pool is 6,70 x 6,10 m and has a waterfall.
The furnishing and the décor is kept in a friendly beige. There are a living and a family room, kitchen with counter, dining room, nook, 3 bedrooms with a king size bed as well a two bathrooms, both are equipped with a Jacuzzi and shower.
In the living and TV room - also with view to the pool and canal - there is a cable TV with 42 inches.
The house also has an HiFi system as well as a CD-player.
The beautiful and spacious kitchen with counter also has a breakfast area with a round table and 4 chairs. With its great view to the pool and the canal it is just the kitchen you would want to cook in!
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge with ice cube maker, microwave, stove with oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and many more household appliances.
We do have enough dishes, glasses and cutlery.
Just behind the entrance is a second living room and the dining room.
Telephone and fax machine are of course also available. WLAN high speed web connection for your laptop is also present and free of charge.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, two night stands with lamps and phone, two dressers and a clock radio as well as a TV.
Of course this bedroom has an accessible wardrobe too.
Very spacious is the master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, wheelchair accessible shower with two separate wash-basins with luxurious vanity space and a separate toilet.
A hair-dryer is available in this bathroom.
The two other bedrooms are equipped also with king size beds. In these bedrooms are two night stands with lamps and accessible wardrobes. The bedroom next to the terraces has a dresser with mirror and a TV. From here and also from the master bedroom you have direct access to the pool area.
Between these bedrooms there is a second bathroom with double washstand, Jacuzzi, shower, toilet and hair dryer. This bathroom is accessible from two sides. You will find sufficient hand and bath towels as well as enough bed linen.
The boat dock offers to rent a boat, sunbathing or simply enjoying the fantastic Florida sunsets, or maybe fish from the dock and pull that "big one" in.
In the garage are two bicycles as well as two fishing rods and kayak for 2 persons (use at your own risk!) at your disposal.
Next to the garage is our utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |

Occupancy / Rate Information
The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of0105,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 06 and younger are free of charge; until 07-10 years they pay 52,50 EUR per week.
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
Current after consumption
All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further special offers available.
