This holiday home was finished in 1989, and it has been lovely decorated. It has about 240 sqm living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very nice outdoor space including pool. This house lies on a canal in an idyllic and quiet area.
the pool area has enough furniture to make you feel comfortable, for example sunchairs, a table for six people and of course a grill.
The furnishing is very individual . The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 220 sqm living space divided into two living rooms, a breakfast corner as well as a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is enough for 6 persons.
At the Villa you also can find a tablefoodball, Pooltennis and Pool basket ball. |

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 68,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 12 and younger are free of charge; until 13-14 years they pay 34,00 EUR per week.
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.

All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further special offers available.
