Villa "Blue Dolphin" was finished in July 1999 and lies in a very quiet neighborhood. The plot goes towards west and lies along a canal, presenting a wonderful view to a canal crossing.
The outdoor space was planted with palm trees and tropical plants. In spite of the quiet neighborhood you will only need two minutes to the next shopping mall.
The terrace area offers a lot of space and for sure it is a lot of fun to swim in the electric-heated pool. An outdoor shower will bring the coolness you are looking for in Florida's sun. Around the oval glass table there is enough space for six people, and our garden furniture invite you to make yourself comfortable and relax. We also have a gas grill for a BBQ on a summer evening.
Thanks to the villa lying towards the west you will find the Florida sunsets something very special. Due to the landing stage belonging to the house those who love fishing or driving a boat can easily do so, in case you want to rent a boat. Or just take a sunbath our here! |

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 75,00 EUR per week results.

All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further special offers available.
