Villa Sabrina was renovated in 2002 and lies on a 1000 sqm plot in a quiet, very sophisticated neighborhood in Cape Coral's south west.
On the terrace with swimming pool and diana spa there is also a grill as well as 4 sun chairs and sufficient other seats.
The living space is 180 sqm and offers three cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms,

The house which has its own landing stage lies next to a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. There is a boat dock with an electrical lift.

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 70,00 EUR per week results.

The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.

All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further specially offers available.
