"Villa Frangipani", finished in1987, was renovated in 2010 and completely new furnished.It is at the Eight Lakes at the Lake Thunderbird in Cape Coral. The house was built on a 10.000 sq feet plot at west exposure and is surrounded by beautiful plants.
The villa with two floors has a 2422 sq feet living space, as well as a 2368 sq feet pool area and covered terrace. It has enough place for 6 - 8 persons.
The "Villa Frangipani" becomes its name from the flower which is on the picture left.
For your children's safety, an easily removable safety fence provides a barrier between the swimming pool and the house.
The screened terrace has a 15 x 33 feet large pool, which is heated by an electric heat pump.
There is a table with six chairs as well as four lounge chairs and an electric grill which is installed in the outdoor kitchen.
If you want shadow there is a beach umbrella available.

The 2368 sq feet big lanai and pool terrace with unrestricted views of magnificent Thunderbird Lake invites to doing just nothing! In the front of the covered terrace there is in addion a outside sun bath area with stair way to the dock on the lake.
Next to the living room exit is a cosy relaxing chair which invites to read and stay.
In the pleasant living room with fireplace there are as well as two - and three seater couches also a 47" flatscreen HD-TV with Home Theater BOSE Surround Sound- System and DVD player as well as a MC and CD-player available.
Wine lovers will find a bar with a thermostated cabinet for wine.
The terrace area adjoins directly, accessible from living room and the kitchen.
In the very well equipped kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, stove with ceramic cook top, oven, fridge with Ice maker and Ice dispenser in the door and all necessary household utensils.
Besides dishes, cutlery and glasses there are also a coffee machine, toaster and, of course, a mixer.
In the cosy dining area in the kitchen with view on the lake is enough place for 6-8persons.
A highlight of the house is the big leisure area in the upper floor, which is equipped with a pool billard table, as well as a sleeping couch on the gallery.
On this floor are the two further bedrooms, of which one has a dreamly view on the lake.
Next living room, open gallery, kitchen, cosy reading corner is the villa equipped with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three phones an answering set as well as free of charge WLAN internet acces are in the house.
In the master bedroom in Carebean styl has a kingsize-bed, in the second and third bedroom there are in each a queensize-bed and a chest. In one of these bedrooms there is a further flatscreen-TV.
Walk-in-closets are in all bedrooms as well as enough bed linen.The nice view on the pool you can also enjoy from the master bedroom.
The three bathrooms are furnished with cabinet built-in-sinks and mirrors.
The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi, a separate double shower and a separate toilet. The second and third bathroom have a shower and toilet.
In every bathroom there are sufficient towels as well as a hair dryer.
In a separate room next to the garage are a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Relax on the nice wooden terrace at the lake or fish with the two available fishing tackles your dinner or only enjoy the sundowner.
