The fully air-conditioned villa was built in 2003 and features corean counter tops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The floor is tiled in the common areas and carpeted in the bedrooms.
The terrace has about 1400 sq feet and is furnished with table and chairs, 4 lounge chairs, double hammock as well as a gas grill. The pool is approximately 14 x 26 ft and is electrically heated by an heat pump as well as the Spa .
From the living room you have an unhindered view outside through the large sliding doors, which also provide access to the terrace and pool. From the master bedroom you can reach the terrace through a French door too.
The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV, region free DVD player, home theater system with FM radio, dock for iPod + iPhone as a jack for an iPad. A phone, answering set as well as high-speed WLAN internet connection is available for your use.
The beautiful furnished living room, with two and three-seat sofa and glass tables in the center, offers the opportunity to read a book, watch television or listen to the radio comfortably.
The kitchen, with counter, two bar chairs and adjoining breakfast table in the Bay window, is equipped with all the modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher an coffee maker and so on.
You can have a cool drink - with ice from the ice-maker in the fridge - at the raised bar.
Just off the kitchen, a modern dining table invites you for dinner.
At the Shuffleboard table, you can provide here from time to time the one ore other match.
The villa has three bedrooms with large closets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, chest with mirror, two night stands with lamps and a TV and DVD player. There is direct access to the terrace/pool area from the master bedroom as well.
Directly adjacent is the master bathroom. It has a Jacuzzi, a large walk-in shower, double sink, a separate toilet, as well as a wall to wall mirror.
Between the master bedroom and the bathroom there is a separate walk-in closet.
The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed with two night tables, lamps and drawer chest. One of them has also a television in a cabinet with drawers. A ceiling fan with lamp exists in each of these bedrooms.
In the house are two more bathrooms one is to commit even from the pool side. They are equipped with shower or shower- tub, sink and toilet. All of the bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and plenty of towels for your use. There is also an ample supply of linens for the beds.
For all fitness conscious, is also a sports machine Weider club 4870 available.
The utility area contains washer, dryer, ironing board, etc..
The boat dock offers sunbathing or simply enjoying the fantastic sunset. Rent a boat, or fish from the dock and pull that "big one" in.
