The "Villa Ocean" was built in 1998 and completely renovated in 2008/2009. This comfortable and fully air-conditioned Vacation Villa with pool and 2960 square feet of living space is located close to the "Caloosahatchee River".
The subtropical landscaped backyard invites you to relax and enjoy the Florida Sunsets.
The electrically heated pool with jet streams and lights is above average size of 15 feet by 33 feet. From the large covered screened in patio you can enjoy the view of the tropical garden and canal. The pool area includes lawn chairs, a large table with 8 chairs and a gas barbeque grill.
Another special feature of this Villa is the pool filtration system. The pool is not chlorinated. It uses reverse osmosis which uses salt to soften the water. This does not only give you a very comfortable feeling, it is also much better for the health.
In the large comfortable living room with dining area and view of the pool and boat slip you can also find stereo equipment and a big "Sony" Flat Screen TV with cable connection (2 German channels and numerous others including HBO). A DVD- player with German DVD's is also available for your entertainment.
For your personal use we also provide a personal computer with LCD screen, printer and high speed internet/WLAN which can be used free of charge.
The "Villa Ocean" boasts 4 bedrooms - three of them with king size beds and the fourth one with two single beds. There are comfortable down comforters with plenty of duvet covers and sheets for you to change as needed for your comfort. |

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |

Occupancy / Rate Information
The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 170,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 8 and younger are free of charge; until 9-14 years they pay 85,00 EUR per week.
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
Current after consumption
All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
For the free use of the boat; skipper liability insurance is to be proven.
