The terrace area is very big and there are a table, 6 chairs, 4 seater rattan set, 4 sun loungers and a gas grill, is partly covered and protected by a screen.
The solar-/electrically heated, 15 by 30 feet, pool with floodlights under water and an attached spa offers enough space for a great outside living.
You will find all kind of technical devices in the family room, such as 46" flat screen TV, CD and DVD player, Play station, HIFI-System with additional speakers at the lanai as well.
A phone and free of charge WLAN web connection for your laptop is also present.
There are two sofas and two glass tables in the living room behind the entry area with adjacent dining-room.
From the living and family room as well as from the master bedroom you can access the terrace directly. You have a wonderful view from these areas.
In the kitchen you will feel at home:
dish washer, electrical oven, micro wave, coffee machine, mixer, cutlery, glasses and everything else that completes a perfect household.
Just next to the kitchen is a nice breakfast area you have a great view from here to the pool area too.
At the connecting dining room with glass table and 6 chairs you can enjoy an American or Continental style dinner.
The master bedroom with direct access to the terrace has a King size bed, dresser with flat screen TV, two night tables with light and a walk-in closet and it is designed with a laminate.
The master bathroom is equipped with an very large shower, bath tub, two sinks a big mirror and wash basin lighting as well as separate toilet.
The second bedroom also with laminated floor has a queen size bed, a side table with lamp, a dresser and an ample built-in closet.
The third bedroom with laminated floor has two comfortable single beds, also with the quality pillows & bed-linens. There are a bed-side table with lamp, a dresser and a large built-in closet.
The house also has a second bathroom with vanity sink, shower bath tub and toilet. A hair dryer is also available in each bathroom. Towels, bath-towels and bed linen are sufficiently present. In the separate utility room is a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaners and sink.
in the garage you find one fishing rod, 2 golf sets and 4 bikes for sport activity. In addition with a combined game table, billard, airhockey and ping pong can be played. |

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |
