Villa Minerva is one of the most spacious estates that can be rented in Cape Coral. At 2002 it was built on 1000 sqm plot with view to a very spread canal.
The Villa Minerva offers:
- 2 individual suites with their own bathrooms
- 210 sqm living space and 160 sqm pool deck
- electrically heated pool of 8.40 x 4,30 m with whirl pool
- motor boat of 23ft length for up to 8 people
The interior is of very high quality as for example designer furniturefabrics, paintings of well-known artists, , luxurious fans and lamps. It goes without saying that there is a telephone, a fax machine and even a computer.
The rooms in detail
With its high ceilings and a living space of about 70 sqm the Great Room gives a spacious feeling of living. Two leather couches and an easy chair form the sitting area in front of the entertainment center.
Our entertainment center offers a Big screen TV set, a DVD Player and a stereo device, playkonsole with 100 games.
In the dining area there is a table with four comfortable chairs.
Next to the Great Room is the big kitchen. The kitchen with a white corian working space contained a fridge with ice-maker, oven with ceran stove, micro-wave and a dish washer as well as many electrical devices. We also have dishes and cutlery in a sufficient quantity.
Have your breakfast in the cosy sitting corner with view to the canal or at the counter. |

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |

Occupancy / Rate Information
The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 200,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 6 and younger are free of charge;
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
Current after consumption
All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
For the free use of the boat; skipper liability insurance is to be proven.
Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further specially offers available.
