You can gain access to the Gulf of Mexico within a few minutes without a lock. Almost the whole length of the seawall which frames the property in constructed is a wooden boat dock, like a boardwalk with another large sun patio.
Embellished on a grand scale situated at the pool area is combined electrical heated 35 x 17 feet large pool with a whirlpool. Here you can spend your “happy hour” with champagne and indulge in a juicy steak prepared from the grill or just relax and take in the warm soothing radiance of the Florida sun.
The exceptionally large pool area has approximately 1600 sq feet and the design of the house is estimated to be 3309 sq feet under air with 5 bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, spacious living and dining area as well as a typically American kitchen, adequate space for 10 persons.
The fully air-conditioned villa is equipped with an intercom system, stereo and CD player.
On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with an -electric-fireplace with a view of the pool area. A big screen TV and DVD player are for your viewing pleasure.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining counter gives you the opportunity to assemble a gourmet meal, which you then can enjoy in the adjacent nook or dining-room. Bon appetite!
In addition you will find on the ground floor four bedrooms, one of tthem represents a master bedroom with a king size bed which offers direct access to the pool area and also has an accessible wardrobe.
Directly adjacent is the master bathroom with double sink, a Jacuzzi, large shower, which is also wheelchair suitable, as well as a toilet.
The second and third bedroom contain king size beds. The fourth is equipped with a queen size bed. In one of the bedrooms at the ground floor is in addition an office with desk with LAN/WLAN modem.
In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home there are a phone at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from your Laptop. The high speed internet is free of charge.

Situated on this floor are two more bathrooms with sink, a shower, shower-tub and toilet for your use.
At the villa are sufficient hand-, beach towels, bed linens and hair dryers for you to use.
All 5 bedrooms have night stands, a dresser with television and a cabinet for your clothes. Attached on the each ceiling is a fan with lights, in addition to table lamps on the two side-tables.
To enter the first floor, a flight of stairs will lead you to the second master bed- and bathroom with about 629 sq feet and a gorgeous terrace of 347 sq feet with view over the intersecting waterways.
There is a king size bed, a sofa, dresser, flat screen TV and an -electric- fireplace at the upstairs master bedroom.
On the roof terrace there a granite counter with washbasin, lockers and a refrigerator.
To the relax load a cosy seat fitting with 4 chairs and two more deck chairs.
The pertinent bathroom is equipped with Jacuzzi, shower, toilet and two sinks as well as a very big mirror.
The very big shower has a rain shower head and six massage power jets on the side.
There is also a TV so watching sports etc, is possible during using the Jacuzzi.
Furthermore to the already existing inventory you will find the following:-
Washer, dryer, iron- & board, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, coffee machine, blender, etc.
