A dream of a villa in the typical Florida style is waiting for you! The house with a living space of 240 sqm was finished in August 1998. The plot is 1000 sqm big and is planted with a Florida lawn and tropical bushes. The solar heated pool and the very big terrace invite you to relax. The plot lies next to a broad canal and presents a wonderful view to the nearby nature reserve.
The really big outdoor space includes a terrace with pool, garden furnitures, sun chairs and a grill. The pool and spa is solar heated.
Coming from the entrance hall you will be entering the so-called great room which has a height of approximately 4,20 m and - thanks to huge windows - a very bright and friendly atmosphere.
In the great room - with view to the pool and the canal - there are a big screen TV set with US-norm DVD-player and a stereo system with CD player and tape deck.
A big table with six chairs invite you to a delicious meal.
The kitchen is completely equipped: dish washer, oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freeze-combination, pots and dishes as well as anything else that belongs to a good household.
All bed rooms have tiles and following wardrobes. There are three bathrooms - one for each bedroom - which is an extra comfort if you are six people renting.
All bedrooms are equipped with enough bed linen, the three bathrooms have sufficient bath and beach towels. From two of our bedrooms you can enjoy a beautiful view to the pool and wide canal.

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 90,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 6 and younger are free of charge; until 7-14 years they pay 45,00 EUR per week.
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
Cleaning fee 130,00 EUR.
Security deposit 400.00 EUR

All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further special offers available.
