VILLA MAYFAIR was built in 2005 in the old yacht club area from Cape Coral. An owner change took place in 2008 and the Villa was newly furnished with love in 2009.
The Villa has about 2582 sq feet living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very nice outdoor space including pool, spa and boat dock. This house lies on a salt water canal in an idyllic and quiet area.
The 1600 sq feet terrace area is fitted with a screen and offers a wonderful view on the channel. There is a 15 x 36 feet big over an electrically head pump heated pool with spa. In the pool area are also enough furniture to make you comfortable; for example, 4 lounge chairs, a table, and chairs for eight people and, of course, a grill.
Fishing from your backyard is also possible as fishing rods are supplied for you. Or undertake trips with the two kayaks are made available free of charge. To rent a boot is also possible.
The Billiard Room.
A further highlight is the view of pool and channel through the generous Billiard room that you see when entering the villa. Here, among the terraces and external area, you will spend unforgettable days of holiday and nights which you will still dream about and talk about for a long time.
The furnishing is very unique. The villa is big enough for two to eight persons, presenting 2582 sq feet living space divided into living room, billiard room, dining are as well as a kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a pool bath. The floors are laid out with co-ordinated colored ceramic tiles and/or with carpet and laminate.
The cozy living areas, with a leather sofas and a table in the center, also offer the chance to make your self cozy to play piano, read or watch television (Satellite TV). In the living area, you will find a 42" flat screen TV with an 8 speakers Surround - Sound System with Sub woofer, DVD-player, and a stereo unit including a CD-/ MC-player. Two outdoor speakers are connected to the stereo unit as well.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area.

The kitchen area offers all modern household appliances such as a stove with ceramic cook field, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee-machine and a big fridge with freezer etc..
Glasses, dishes and cutlery are here in a sufficient quantity. And of course, there are all these helpful little things like can and bottle opener.
The kitchen bar with bar stools offers enough space for a snack in the afternoon or a cup of coffee whenever you feel like it.
The Bedrooms:
From the master bedroom you have direct access to the pool area.
In here you will find a big king size bed and a matching wardrobe.
There you have a, dresser and a TV as well as DVD Player.
Directly adjacent is the master bathroom with double washstand,
Jacuzzi, big walk-in shower with two shower hats and separate toilet.
The three additional bedrooms are furnished in very good taste.
One bedroom has your choice of a king-size bed or two single beds.
Attached on the each ceiling is a fan with lights, in addition to table lamp on the side-table.
There even a walk-in closet in this room.
The third bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and an office wall with desk, office chair, computer and printer.
In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there telephone at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the LAN/WLAN high speed internet is free of charge.
A common bath, with sink and a tub/shower, is between these bedrooms for your convenience.
We have sufficient hand and beach towels as well as bed linens for you to use.
The fourth bedroom is also furnished with a full-sized bed and a side-table.
Furthermore there is a pool bath.
This toilet room and sink is accessible from the patio/pool area. There is even an outdoor shower for use adjacent to the pool.
In the utility room is a washing machine and dryer. Irons and ironing board are likewise available. This room is just next to the triple garage where a ping-pong table resides is.
Leisure sports activities available with the villa are the use of three bicycles, two kayaks, ping pong and of course the billiard table.
Less than 3 km from the Villa Mayfair, by car or kayak, you can reach the beach and Pier of Cape Coral. This is a must, at least once, is to enjoy the sunset at the Cape Coral pier. For children there a great playground, where they can have fun.
At the terrace of KC'S RIVERSTOP you can enjoy burgers & sandwiches, chicken wings, fish or french fries.
Perhaps, instead you prefer a Margarita, Pina Colada or another SUNDOWNER drink as long as you wait for one of the most beautiful sunsets you ever have seen.
