Located in the prestigous Rose Garden/Tarpon Point area, on a wide saltwater canal the villa has its own boat and sun dock for your private use.
In only a few minutes you will get to the Caloosahatchee-River with the motorboat belonging to the house.
The beautiful pool (9 m x 5 m), comes with electric heater and spa/whirlpool.
The oversized patio, overlooking the tropical waterways will be one of your favorite spots, with plenty of patio furniture and a barbecue grill.
The tropical garden is on an automatic sprinkler system, and maintained by a lawnservice.
The household is generously equipped for 6 people.
There is nothing we don't have! In our big living room with technical equipment such as a cable TV, VCR and CD-player etc. there is also a cozy sitting area.
Just next to this is the kitchen and the dining area.
The kitchen offers all appliances that make work easier, including dish washer, oven, micro wave and a side by side refrigerator w/ icemaker.
Off the kitchen there is a dining area and a breakfast bar.
The kitchen contains everything you would need, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, coffeemaker, toaster, mixer etc.
All the bedrooms have walk in closets, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom a queen size, and the third bedroom a twin bed/sofa combo that expands to a king size bed if needed.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

Occupancy / Rate Information
The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 200,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 6 and younger are free of charge; until 7-12 years they pay 100,00 EUR per week.
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.

All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
For the free use of the boat; skipper liability insurance is to be proven.
