| Description |
"Villa Rainbow" lies next to a canal in the south west of Cape Coral and has its own landing stage. The house was built on a 1200 sqm plot and is surrounded by tropical plants. The house was built 2004 and tastefully furnished, it's fully airconditioned and offers space for 6 people.
Most of your time, however, you will spend on our terrace with wonderful view of a cannel crossing.
Here you find an table with chairs, a grill and very comfortable sun chairs.
In case it gets too hot, just go for a refreshing swim in the ca. 10 x 5 m electrical heated pool.
Just behind the entrance is the living room with dining room. In the living room, with view to the pool and canal, there is a cable TV and a VCR. The house also has an HiFi system as well as a CD-player and a IPod.
The beautiful kitchen with counter has a breakfast area with a round table and 4 chairs.
With its great view to the pool and the canal it is just the kitchen you would want to cook in!
The well-equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher, a fridge with icecube-maker, microwave, stove with oven, a coffee machine and many more household appliances. There are enough dishes, glasses and cutlery.
The furnishing and the décor is kept in a friendly beige. There are 3 bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, the second has a queen size and the third has two single beds.
The master bathroom of the house are equipped with a jacuzzi bathtube and also a shower and a seperat toilet as well. You will find sufficient hand and bath towels as well as enough bed linen. |

| Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car. |

Occupancy / Rate Information
The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 80,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 8 and younger are free of charge; until 9-14 years they pay 40,00 EUR per week.
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
Current after consumption
All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further special offers available.
