A tropical landscaped garden and wide canal suround our beautiful house, which was newly built and furnished in 2005, according to the latest hurrican codes. The house offers a living space of 2800 square foot, featuring livingroom and formal dining room, great family room with large TV and stereo equipment, great kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast nook. Pool and patio are exposed to West, which means sunshine until sunset. The large dock on the canal offer even more space to enjoy the sun.
The total living space is air conditioned/heated. The extremely high ceilings and fans provide a wonderful climate. All the floors throughout the house are tile covered and easy to maintain clean. Wide sliding doors open from the living room, the kitchen, the family room and master bedroom to the pool and patio area. The patio is caged and fully furnished. A gas grill with cooking area are waiting for the skilled chef. The large pool and spa are electric heatable and kept in sparkling clean condition with a salt system (no clorine to add).
In the evening the palm trees and garden on the front and back side of the property are romantically illuminated.
The house is connected to city water and city sewage (no well & septic system, as is often the case in Cape Coral!) |

The house is located in an absolutely quiet neighborhood, however centrally located in Cape Coral's South East, on a very wide freshwater canal with a view to a wide canal intersection. There is no through traffic.
Supermarkets (Publix, Sweetbay), drugstores and department stores (CVS, Target, WalMart) as well as restaurants are within 5-10 minutes via car.

Living room, formal dining room, family room and the gourmet kitchen are fully furnished and equipped.
The master bedroom is equipped with two queensize beds, the guest bedroom with one kingsize bed. The third bedroom has a queensize sleeper couch, office furniture and fax machine and cable highspeed internet modem. All bedrooms have large closets.
Two sporty bikes are waiting for our guests in the large garage. You will further find umbrellas and beach chairs for your trip to the beach.

Occupancy / Rate Information
Prices are for occupancy of 2 adults/per week. Each additional occupant 100.00 Euro/per week. Children up to 14 years of age are 50.00 Euro/per week. Easter and Christmas/New Year: 10% surcharge.
Please contact us for special rates, should you plan a long term stay at our villa.
We are not prepared to have toddlers in our villa (no baby fence around the pool and on the canal, no crib). We can not rent to families with small children.
