The large living room has a comfortable sofa, table, TV, DVD system and stereo system. Our large glass sliding doors can be completely opened and connect the living room and open kitchen with the beautiful terrace.
The kitchen is presented with an open bar, premium GE stainless steel appliances consisting of a large refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, wall oven, microwave, coffee maker and work surfaces made of black Impalla granite.
All rooms are for comfort and hygiene reasons, completely tiled. To protect children is the entire house with a modern In-Wall insect-plant equipment. Insofar the usual periodic spraying of the bedroom and living areas with pesticide protection is not nessesary. Animals are not allowed. Smokers are kindly asked to smoke only on the terrace.
Three double bedrooms and a "Dan" offer plenty of comfort for up to eight people at the Villa Palm Residence. In all the bedrooms, we have because of health reasons the otherwise usual carpets in Florida completely out of elegant classic Munro Oak (wooden floor).
The "Master Suite", with direct access to the Jacuzzi and Pool area is equipped with a king-size bed and a spacious luxury bathroom with free-standing tub, walk-in shower and walk in closet. In all bathrooms towels and a hair dryer are provided for your personal comfort. The other double bedrooms have a shared bath and a separate walk-in clothes.
The Dan is equipped with a desk, telephone and a wireless-lan-internet connection. A queen-size bed offers additional space for two guests.
The full opened panoramic window leads you into the actual living area of Florida. The covered terrace is equipped with a large table and comfortable chairs. With a 15ft wide disappearing edge you have a fabulous view. The pool terrace is surrounded with a Moskitoscreen, so you can enjoy the magnificent temperatures in the evening and night. The 29ft pool with elegant Crystal Stone flooring is ideal for swimming or just relaxing. Modern technology allows the reduction of the necessary chemicals to a minimum. On the "popular" table in the pool, has deliberately been avoided, since there has been several serious accidents involving children that have dived there. The pool area has a summer kitchen for the summer pool partys or BBQ. A separate outdoor shower completes the comfort on the pool deck.
The covered terrace with modern electric blinds can be ompletely closed. For travel documents such as passports and tickets is a safe available.
