"Villa River View" was renovated in 2010/2011 and furnished in January 2010. It is located on a 12.500 sq ft plot lot with a fantastic view of the Caloosahatchee River. The charming, fully air-conditioned house is located in a garden surrounded by tropical plants. It offers you about 2100 sq ft of living space and 1250 sq ft in the pool and terrace area.
A part of the terrace is covered by a roof and equipped with 4 lounge chairs and a oval table with 6 chairs and a relax recliner and more comfortable seating on a three-seat sofa and two armchairs. The intercom sound system installed in the house can fill all rooms in the house as the terrace with the radio station of your choice or your favorite CD.
You can enjoy the sun all day long, from sunrise to sunset, in the pool area as well as in the wonderful garden.
A gas BBQ grill is waiting for you to use. The 28 x 14 ft large Pool is heated with an electric heat pump.
The new furnishing was made in 2010/2011 and is very unique and sophisticated. The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 2100 sq ft of living space includes living and family room design, a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool bath, plus a utility room, and in addition a 2 car garage.
There is a sofa, leather armchair, glass table, chair and a desk for your laptop in the formal Living Room behind the entry area with adjacent dining-room.
In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have a phone at your disposal purpose. Or you can just send an e-mail from your laptop, for using the high speed internet is free of charge.
From both rooms and from the master Bedroom you can access the terrace directly. You have a wonderful view from these areas.
In the, in December 2010 newly installed, kitchen everything is feels like home: dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with automatic ice cube maker, coffee machine, toaster, blender, cutlery, glasses and many other appliances are there for your use.
Just next to the kitchen is a nice dining room where you can enjoy an american or continental style breakfast.
In the roomy family room equipped with technical devices such as flat screen TV, DVD- /CD-Player and stereo device, there is yet another cosy corner seating area plus recliner, and a matching stool. A modern leather chair with separate footrest and a wooden bench complete the facilities in this room.
The house has 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom with direct access to the terrace has a King size bed, flat screen TV, two night tables with light, two seat, a chair and a walk-in closet and is been construed as all floors in the entire villa in November 2010 with high-quality genuine travertine.
The two bathrooms, guest toilet at the entrance and the pool baths with shower on the terrace of the Villa were new designed in December 2010.
The master bathroom has a greater shower with rain shower head, a bathtub, two sinks, an equipped wall to wall mirrors and basin lighting as well as built-in cabinets.
This bright second bedroom also leads directly onto the pool terrace. There are a king size bed, a side table with lamp, a dresser with flat screen TV and an ample built-in closet. Through large slider windows looking you can see the pool, palm trees and the river
The third bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, also with the quality pillows & bed-linens. There are bed-side tables with lamps, a chair and a large built-in closet. Attached to the ceiling is a fan with lights, in addition to table lamps on the two side-tables.
The house also has a second bathroom with vanity sink, shower and toilet.
There is also a pool bath, not accessible from the inside, with vanity sink, shower and toilet.
A hair dryer is also available in each bathroom.
In the separate utility room is a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaners and sink.
Towels, bath-towels and bed linen are sufficiently present.
A platform has been integrated in the sea wall, where you can dock your boat or enjoy some sunbathing or try to catch some fish. Depending on the Season watch Manatees or Dolphins swim by while you enjoy a sundowner.
A boat dock wil be built in June 2011 and this will give you the possibility to rent a boat.
