The Villa was finished in 2009 on a 10000 sq ft property, next to the yacht club area, with a short way out to the river.
The electrical heated pool, size 30 x 15 feet and spa are protected by an approximately 1830 sq ft screen enclosure where a patio table with eight chairs, five lounge chairs and a gas BBQ grill await you. There is ample room for all the guests to relax and enjoy themselves, without feeling crowded.
Villa also offers a reading and relaxes corner and dining area, four cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a shower, the other bathroom has a big shower. You will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities in a separate laundry, and there is a garage with room for two cars. The house is fully air-conditioned and completely furnished.
In the Master Bedroom there is a king-sized bed with pillows & bed-linens for your sleeping comfort, two night stands, a chair and a dresser with six drawers as well as a walk-in closet. There are too private doors which open directly out onto the beautiful Pool Terrace.
The master bathroom located directly within the suite features: large walk-in rain shower, Jacuzzi bath tub, his and her sink and separate toilet.

Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

Occupancy / Rate Information
The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 270,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 6 and younger are free of charge; until 7-14 years they pay 135,00 EUR per week.
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
Current after consumption
All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
For the free use of the boat; skipper liability insurance is to be proven.
