You can gain fast access to the Gulf of Mexico without a lock.
This outdoor area is always the focal point of enjoyment. The aqua-tiled Swimming Pool (39 x 13 ft or 12 by 4 meters) is deep and spacious. Here you can spend your “happy hour” with champagne and indulge in a juicy steak prepared from the grill or just relax and take in the warm soothing radiance of the Florida sun.
The electric water-heating system ensures just the right temperature. There is a poolbath with toilet and shower next to the pool and an outside shower as well.
In the evenings the lights in the Pool make swimming that much more pleasurable, and dining or sitting around the Pool equally relaxing and pleasant.
There is also a full size Jacuzzi for up to six persons, with therapy jets for your enjoyment.
The exceptionally large pool area with approximately 2150 SQ feet and the design of the house estimated to be 4790 SQ feet living area with 3 Living rooms with cosy seating sofas, a billiard room with bar, game room, spacious dining area as well as a typically American kitchen. With 5 bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms plus pool bath, there is adequate space for 10 persons.
In the Master Suite there is a king-sized bed with pillows and bed-linens for your sleeping comfort and a dresser with six drawers below as well as a closet. Attached on the ceiling is a fan with lights, in addition to table lamps on the two side-tables. There are two private doors which open directly out onto the balcony with a beautiful view.
The master bathroom of the house, with river stones on the floor, is equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub and also a shower room, double sink with an overall mirror and a separate toilet as well. You will find sufficient hand and bath towels, a hair dryer as well as enough bed linen. |

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

Occupancy / Rate Information
The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 140,00 EUR per week results.
Children ages 6 and younger are free of charge; until 7-14 years they pay 70,00 EUR per week.
The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
Current after consumption
All prices are inclusive 11% taxes.
Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further special offers available.
