Fort Myers Boat Show
Every year, the Fort Myers Boat Show takes place on the West coast of Florida. During this multi-day event, renowned boat manufacturers exhibit over 800 boats and vessels.
The fairgrounds are located at the Fort Myers Marina, right at the Caloosahatchee River, close to Fort Myers' historic downtown.
Boating accessories are on display in the biggest exhibition hall. In addition to fishing gear, boat electronics and other accessories from international manufacturers, seminars on fishing and diving are held in the "Boating Lifestyle Area", where you can find lots of interesting information on boating.
If you are looking for a new jetty or boat dock for your Florida vacation home, you will find a variety of manufacturers at this event.
In the vast and beautifully laid-out outdoor area, visitors will find something for every taste and budget—from kayaks to fishing boats of all sizes to luxury yachts. Prices for smaller motor boats start at several thousand dollars and go up to more than one million dollars.
Those who are looking for refreshment after walking through the fairgrounds will find a wide variety of fast food shops and drinks at the Centennial Food Court.
The Fort Myers Boat Club bar on the marina is a great place to unwind and to enjoy a magnificent view of the Caloosahatchee River.
The 39th Fort Myers Boat Show will take place November 10-13, 2011.
